It’s better to spend a little bit more money if it means getting more restful sleep.

You can also invest in a supportive pillow. Memory foam pillows can prevent neck pain and can increase the quality of your sleep. You would also want to try buying a weighted blanket. Weighted blankets feel like getting a comforting massage all the time. Studies say that using a weighted blanket can help in promoting better sleep.

3. Supplementation can help

Nutritional deficiencies can make you feel sluggish during the day. You can try supplementing the nutrients that you need. IV supplements can also helm because they can be absorbed by the body much faster than just popping in some pills.

4. Change your diet

Cut down on your consumption of carbohydrates and processed sugar. These things can give you energy for a short time and cause a crash that will leave you feeling tired and drained.
