Method 1:
In some cases, the key to handling buried drilling accidents is to clear the channel between the bottom of the hole and the upper part of the drill bit, so that the bottom and upper parts of the drill bit form a communicating vessel to avoid the piston effect. In order to form a communicating vessel, several holes deeper than the accident hole are generally drilled on the side of the hole, and high-pressure rotary spraying is used for swing spraying, as shown in Figure 2. For passage formation, the power head is rotated and the main rope lifting force is increased at the same time, which may lift the drill rod and the drill bit together. Some treatment plans use a combination of reverse circulation drilling rigs and reaming drill bits.
Method 2:
Using a jack drill rod is the most commonly used force method for handling buried drilling. Using a jack requires a solid platform, and a jack force plate is welded on the drill rod, as shown in Figure 3. Use a 3cm rib plate to weld with the drill rod, weld the top plate with the rib plate and the drill rod, and connect the two top plates. The I-beam adopts a specification of 60 x 100cm and is connected with a connecting plate. The jack control system should be linked to pressurization. Generally, the clamping ring or straight pin connected to the upper part of the drill pipe can withstand an ultimate load of about 180kN. After the jack is linked to pressurize to 150kN, the pressure should be gradually increased, and after each increase of 3 to 5kN, it should be stopped for about 1h to wait for the creep effect of the soil layer to play out. Turn the power head while pressurizing. There may be several results of using the jack: one is that the drill bit and drill pipe are all ejected; the second is that the drill head cover or bucket door is damaged, and the drill pipe is ejected together with the damaged drill bit; the third is that the clamping ring or straight pin of the inner rod of the drill pipe is broken, and the inner rod and drill bit remain in the hole; the fourth is that the drill pipe breaks from the old cracks, and part of the drill pipe and drill bit remain in the hole.
