The chair-elect of the ACC Assembly of International Governors and former President of the Inter-American Society of Cardiology (2011-2013), Dr. Daniel Jose Pineiro is one of the top cardiologists in Argentina who has made a name for himself in the global community of cardiology. While successfully treating several patients suffering from different cardiovascular diseases, Dr. Pineiro has always kept himself involved in various initiatives being taken by different organizations to improve the state of healthcare all across the world.

As President of the Inter-American Society of Cardiology, Dr. Daniel Jose Pineiro expanded the outreach of the organization to engage in worldwide non-communicable disease efforts. Along with that, he participated in United Nations summits and joint programs with noted groups such as The Pan American Health Organization and other. Besides that, he worked with the ACC at the World Health Assembly to ensure passage of key global targets for fighting various cardiovascular diseases. About Dr. Daniel Jose Pineiro

Dr. Daniel Jose Pineiro is one of the top Cardiologists in Argentina. He has completed more than 30 courses on echocardiography, clinical cardiology arrhythmia and clinical cardiology worldwide. He served as the President of the Argentinean Society of Cardiology in the year 2006. He has also been rewarded at the 50th Anniversary Contest in 2009 in memory of Hayde de Luca. In 2014, he received International Service Award, American College of Cardiology. He has participated in around 100 National and International congresses and symposia as a director, panelist and senior lecturer.
