Dr. Dov Rand, M.D., has recently opened the Healthy Aging Medical Center in West Orange, New Jersey. Dr. Dov Rand specialized in physical medicine and rehabilitation in his medical studies at Howard University (1991) and the Albert Einstein College of Medicine of Yeshiva University (1995). However, in recent years Dr. Dov Rand has been focusing intensely on the emerging new field of age management and anti-aging medicine. As a member of several age management healthcare professional organizations, such as the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M) and the Age Management Medicine Group (AMMG), Dr. Dov Rand is an expert in the field with many years of experience, research, and practice in age management therapies. In 2009, Dr. Dov Rand completed a training with Cenegenics, another age management medical organization considered a leading authority in the field.

Dr. Dov Rand is thrilled to report the opening of the center, saying that “it’s something I’ve been planning for a long time... as I’ve become passionate about anti-aging and age management therapies, I’ve really come to feel that I’d like to dedicate my medical practice to expanding patients’ awareness of how these therapies and technologies can improve their quality of life significantly.” He plans to equip the Center with state-of-the-art medical technology that will help provide the highest level of care, utilizing the newest research and medical advancements, for patients who come seeking treatment. Dr. Dov Rand has already hired most of the staff for the Center, some of whom are medical and healthcare professionals he has long-standing relationships with.

“This is the kind of innovative medical practice that I feel really passionate about,” Dr. Dov Rand commented, “and I’m really looking to emphasize holistic medical practices at our center. We really want to explore the full range of options for how patients can prevent and treat degenerative diseases and other age-related health issues such as hormone imbalances and weight gain... in many other medical practices, these are simply accepted as inevitable effects of aging. We believe in a different approach.”

Some of the treatment programs that Dr. Dov Rand plans to offer at the Center include bioidentical hormone replacement, weight loss, Botox and Fillers. Vitamin therapies will include antioxidant vitamins and IV vitamins, and functional medicine and food allergy programs will also be offered. Dr. Dov Rand hopes to continue expanding the Center and its practice as public consciousness of age management medicine grows. He hopes to host seminars and workshops on age management-related topics at the Center as well, as he believes “consciousness about these treatment options is the first step in helping patients achieve healthy lives.”

Some of Dr. Dov Rand’s patients are already anticipating the opening of the Center, having pursued some age management-related therapies with him already. Dr. Dov Rand invites the general public to come visit the Center at its opening with any questions about it and its medical practices. Dr. Dov Rand has mentioned that the Center may provide some free consultations for new patients considering long-term treatment programs at the Healthy Aging Medical Center.
