Chennai, Tamil Nadu - The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has taken an initiative step to reduce the burden of registration process for the new start-ups by creating a new pattern of registration with Form INC-29.

The new form is known as the Integrated Incorporation Form INC-29 would take care of three separate processes with this single form namely application for DIN, application for name approval and application for incorporation of companies.

Producer Company, Public Company, Private Limited Company, OPC, Foreign Company, Government Companies, Non-government Companies are incorporate by the form INC- 29.
