[DENVER, 2/26/2016] – Kathlyn Laraway, an attorney with the firm Divorce Matters®, has expanded her divorce and family law practice to include mediation. Ms. Laraway recently received her mediation certificate after completing a 40-hour mediation training. She brings many years of experience to the practice of family law and possesses a profound understanding of the disputes that arise during family law issues and her hope is to be able to help individuals with dispute resolution through mediation.

Mediation is when an impartial party oversees the resolution of a dispute between two parties. In the case of divorce mediation, a mediator is there to help facilitate productive negotiations over everything that needs to be divided, as well as child custody. It is an important step in the divorce process because it allows both parties the chance to settle their divorce out of court and control the terms of it moving forward.
It is Divorce Matters® mission to be the premier divorce law firm in the Denver metro area by providing an exceptional client experience. Our team provides the strategic and focused leadership to navigate our clients through the legal process.
