Challenge: Strip bare naked. If you have makeup on, take it off. Take a nice warm shower and wash your hair. When done, stand in a mirror that shows your body from head to toe. Look at yourself for 10 minutes, and ask yourself who am i? Look at all your imperfections on your body and start to ACCEPT and EMBRACE them. Do this everyday for 10 minutes until you start to feel comfortable with who you are.
