Developers at WordPress are looking forward to bring out the game-changing capabilities with their next update. WordPress version 5.8 is going to be feature-rich and the most prominent feature is going to be full site editing (FSE). FSE feature will provide a positive boost to Website design services. Recently, open-source project executive Josef Haden Chomphosy released an updated roadmap for WordPress 2021. They are planning to aim for the full site editing in the Gutenburg plugin by the end of April month.

On the scope of full site editing capability, JH Chomphosy states, “the ability to edit all elements of a site using Gutenberg blocks” he further adds, “all in-progress features designed to help existing users transition to Gutenberg as well.” This is certainly good news for all the WordPress development services.

Chomphosy hinted that the contributors are actively working on the ongoing project. Although the work on UI and infrastructure is finished, theme blocks, navigation blocks, query block, and styling needs some work. Furthermore, the tracking issue is still unresolved. The announcement made by Chomphosy was thorough but no apparent promises about the upcoming features were made. The next release is going to change how we work on WordPress. With the release of the next patch, website design services are going to far more advanced and better.
