Exactly 366 days ago, on September 26, 2023, Digit7 unveiled DigitKart to the world of Hospitality, a self-service checkout solution crafted to redefine how businesses and guests interact with transactions. Reflecting on the past year, we are thrilled by the journey that has marked our path to success and innovation.

The Road to Launch
Digit7’s path from concept to launch was lined with hard work and determination. Key milestones included:

- Technology Development: We harnessed the latest advancements to develop an AI-based system capable of identifying and processing up to 10 items simultaneously using high-resolution cameras.
- User-Centric Design: Designed to make the checkout process smooth and enjoyable, from identifying items to processing payments.
- Hardware Design: A foundation of our hardware design was the integration of advanced cameras in the kiosk for precise item recognition through high-resolution cameras positioned to capture images from various angles and a high-resolution touchscreen.
- Integration and Testing: We ensured DigitKart could seamlessly integrate with existing store systems through rigorous testing and collaboration with retail partners, facilitating a smooth transition and minimizing disruption.
