Pure Coleus Forskohlii Extract For Weight Loss - Best Weight Loss supplement

Many people use Forskolin. It is one of those popular weight loss supplements but from reading these articles you should already know, popular is not always good, doesn't always work. With that being said I thought I'd do some research on Forskolin and see if it can really help anyone lose weight.

Fortunately, there are clinical trials, at least two, that have been done with Forskolin and so I searched for them to see whether Forskolin has been proven scientifically to help with weight loss or fat burning in any way or not.

Forskolin was used against a placebo in two clinical trials, the first one involving a group of male participants and the second one involving a group of female participants, both were given about 250 milligrams of forskolin for a period of about twelve weeks. Both clinical trials on men and women concluded with the result that Forskolin is not able to promote the loss of belly fat or weight loss in men or women, however, that it might be able to mitigate weight gain and it might be used as a possible therapeutic agent in the management and treatment of obesity. Forskolin was shown in males to improve or boost levels of testosterone as well as cause changes in body composition and changing the bone mass of the male participants in the trial.

Forskolin is believed to be able to stimulate the cAMP production and its accumulation within the human adipose tissue and this can have an influence on free fatty acid releases and lipolysis. To add to this, there is much too little information or proof on the use of Forskolin for weight loss or weight management and the mechanisms of action are plausible at best, more or less. Also, the results of the clinical trials or studies are different and this creates confusion. It has only been proven to be able to help with weight loss in clinical trials on rodents or lab rats however not on humans.
It is also not 100% safe as it can possibly cause health problems in some people, such as low blood pressure or heartburn.

The use of forskolin can raise testosterone levels in men and it is not always healthy so before using it make sure you consult with your medic as to avoid any health problem or any harmful interaction between Forskolin and any other treatment you might be following currently.
