The External Communications Manager of the Dental Care network spoke on this day about various achievements of the network. He spoke about how it had grown over the years to become the most trusted dental group in the whole of Australia. Currently the Network is also providing its services in New Zealand as well.
The Dental Care Network, he stated, has recieved the approval of the government to conduct pain-free and stress-free dentistry through the latest “Sleep Dentistry” procedure. According the external communications manager, this procedure is foreseen to help people who are not only anxious about a dental procedure but also help those who have an irrational fear about dentists, tooth extractions and any other procedure that might seem mentally traumatizing.
According to this procedure, any dentist belonging to the Dental Care network is authorised to use general anaesthetic to complete any dental procedures that are potentially painful and invasive. Once the patient comes out of the sedation they are not going to remember anything unpleasant about the procedure - in fact they will remember nothing at all!
He also stated that dental care is becoming a rising problems amongst teens. He pointed out to the fact that there are more teens coming into the practices these days with severe dental problems that could have been prevented at an earlier stage. The manager also mentioned that such problems become severe, not only because kids put away the idea of going to a dentist, but because of the pain but also because most parents find dental care for their children quite a burden on their pockets.
The external communications manager addressed the fact that most parents find it difficult because they do not know about the Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS) programme that is offered by the government. Through this programme, parents can now benefit from financial assistance for their kids between the age of 2 and 17. Even parents who are under Medicare may be able to receive financial assistance through the CDBS programme. He also stated that this programme may also cover any dental emergencies that kids might face any time of the day.
He concluded the conference by saying that affordable dental care is now possible with the Dental Care Network. With their centralised appointment setting tools, you can get an appointment by either calling the contact centre or by going on to their website and filling out the contact information.
Since they have many dental practices across Australia, you can now get an appointment with one of the Dental Care Network Dentists in your area.
You can call them at their contact centre number 1300 326 389 (1300 DC NETWORK) for both information gathering and appointment booking with a dentist in your area.
