What is Gluten – Where is Gluten
Gluten means “glue”, in Latin. It is a protein that gives bread its airy and fluffy texture and dough its sticky texture. It’s also used as a stabilizing agent in many processed foods, such as desserts, salad dressings and mayonnaise. Real Gluten facts – You do not know is that it is in almost everything from beauty products to packaged foods to medications and supplements. Gluten is found in some grains, mainly wheat.
