Nation's progress is impossible without skilled and educated women. Education for women is highly significant as they play a major role in raising a generation. The hands that rock the cradle rules the world. That means the woman as a mother has a great influence over her children's lives. Yasmin Ghafoor understands that there is no great pillar of stability than a strong and educated woman at an early age. She explains the benefit of being educated no matter how many hurdles one has to face with her autobiography, The Untold Story of Yasmin Ghafoor.

Yasmeen Ghafoor is the author of the autobiography The Untold Story of Yasmeen Ghafoor. The author has described how her life changed in her book, but she kept education her first priority. She learned the importance of education from her father.

Her book entails all the things that women face during their life spans. She explains why every other woman is unable to get an education. Yasmin's book describes the advantages of women's education and how women's education benefits the individual, community and empowers society.

She explains in her book how women should stand for their basic rights. Because many women are not allowed to get an education and drop off schools at the primary level, she is an example for many women. As a child born in Peshawar with her childhood, spent a life in a village bordering Afghanistan, Yasmeen knew to enjoy the simpler things in life.

Yasmeen, unfortunately, had to face the reality of life at an early age and live away from the family she loved. She had migrated to the United States from an early age alone with the motto to get an education in a renowned school and was brought up by her guardian here. However, soon she had to face betrayal as she experienced physical violence by the one she trusted and followed to a distant country alone.

This, somewhere in her mind, inculcates that education for women is crucial. It is a weapon that can help them raise their voice against violence. After moving back to her village, she again continued her studies. Yasmeen faced many difficulties at an early age where most of us lost hope, but she stood strong and achieved her set goals. She understands that education is a powerful weapon that helps women break gender stereotyping and help them get rights.
