David Garnier helped design and run a major fundraiser for two community projects in Nova Scotia and chaired their construction efforts.

David Garnier, experienced financial manager and the current Vice President of the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce’s (CIBC) Wood Gundy office in Nova Scotia, helped design and organize a community fundraiser for two different community projects. He organized fundraisers for the Community Garden and Demetrious Lane Community Center projects in Nova Scotia. After he helped raise $75,000 for the Community Garden and $50,000 for the Demetrious Lane Community Center, he planned the construction of these buildings and helped chair the organization of their introduction to the community. Garnier walked both of these projects to their conclusion himself so that people in his community could enjoy them faster.

David Garnier has lived in the Nova Scotia province for over a decade, since he was made a manager at the CIBC office there in 2003. David Garnier Nova Scotia worked his way up to Vice President of this section of the CIBC by managing his teams effectively and making sure the systems are in place to give all customers of the CIBC Wood Gundy office the service they need. Garnier, as a longtime Nova Scotia resident, has always expressed a desire to work within his community to help everyone in it enjoy the area as much as possible. He sees his work in creating the Community Garden and the Demetrious Lane Community Center as essential to the continuation of his proud community. The more services and beauty that are available to everyone with these community projects, the more everyone benefits.

David Garnier hopes that his work will be enjoyed and passed down through the years as great places in Nova Scotia. Garnier has long been a friend to the local community in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia and continues to help other efforts at building the community even more through engagement and fundraising. Garnier knows that if everyone chips in, the entire community benefits in the long-run. He hopes that he can continue to help people living and working there, like him. His projects in the community are well-received and inspire the gratitude of the people there, and he hopes that more people will feel inspired by more of his charitable projects in the future.
