After being dropped from Indian National Cricket Team T20I Squads against West Indies and Australia, Mahi will now participate in Ranchi tennis tournament. Without MS Dhoni, India won the T20I series against Windies 3-0 at home while T20I series against Aussies ended in draw 1-1.

Moreover, instead of Mahi selectors picked up Rishabh Pant as India’s wicketkeeper. As per selectors, MS Dhoni T20I career has not come to end and their decision to drop MS was just to give an opportunity to a new player.

Virat and his men’s are missing Dhoni in the ongoing series against Australia. Apart from them on twitter, Mahi’s fans expressed the sorrow of not seeing him in T20I at Australia when the 12-man squad for the first T20I was announced.

Former Indian skipper MS Dhoni will be participating in the doubles category of a local tennis tournament at the JHC Cricket Club in Ranchi on November 28. He will not be involved in the singles section of the tournament.

The tennis tournament started on November 26 and will end on November 30. There are numerous categories involved including women's singles, men's singles and U-16 clashes.
