There's been some large changes to healing for some of the classes in Mists of Pandaria. It is true that healing has come a long way since the game debuted. Well, what's the best healer in raid in Mists of Pandaria ?

Monk healers do pretty good spread healing with renewing Mists of Pandaria, and their revival, their big CD, is basically a pretty decent AoE lay on hands that dispels everyone. Overall it feels pretty fluid with good single target to get wow mop gold burst healing and AoE coverage.

Priest have historically never been really bad and when they have it has been hotfixed. They have 2 healing specs so the chances are that one of them will be decent/OP. A tier where Priests have been terrible while T11 and T12 were both awful for Shaman and that is just Cataclysm.

Holy paladin longevity was much longer than other healers, even without Judgements of the Pure. We need to get Holy to the same level as the other healers. It may be at that point that all healer mana income is too low or that damage in dungeons is too high and well have to adjust accordingly.

Human healers are gross, ya you get a free trinket, but I could care less I prefer looks, plus Gnome gets a 5% bonus to their mana pool, and a break out of immobilization effect on a 1.45 minute cool down, which isn't on the global cool down.

Shamans are doing okay for 25 mans. In an operational definition, is below druids. Shamans are fine but you are never gonna be the first in hps EVER, at least if the other healers are not horrible. That's because their mastery, only when things are going bad you are overpowered and (with the same ability as the other healers) you are gonna be the best choice to heal your raid.

In fact,all classes are capable of raid healing in MoP. However, Druids suffer from the WG nerf (and our ever-present lack of mitigation CDs) and Holy Pallies only really shine on stacking fights. That being said, any class/spec can perform the roll on most fights, and with the progressive nerf at 10% already. All depends on what class you prefer to choose for raid.
