1) Trainers
2) Rollers

Both have their own advantages and disadvantages as some people like to have the natural riding feel while taking a ride to the rollers. Whereas on the other hand an indoor cycling trainer will be helping you in keeping the bike just as the similar position from where you have started all through your time of the workout.
