This project is aimed at developing an online application for the Training and Placement Dept. of the college.
This is a web application that can be accessed throughout the organization and outside as well with proper login provided.
This system can be used as an application for the TPO of the college to manage the student information with regards to placement.
Students logging should be able to upload their information in the form of a CV. Visitors/Company representatives logging in may also access/search any information put up by Students
Methodology of Online Application for Training and Placement Managment
Students need to register themselves using email Id and feel up all their details like name, contact no, email is, qualification, academic records. TPO can view the details and send it to company representatives. Company representatives can shortlist the students for interview using Guest login. Then TPO can generate call letter. Student will receive call letter and interview process via email and confirm their availability.
Once candidate got job and he accepted, his login will be freeze from System.
Admin can hold access over all this process and can also generate various reports.
