Affordable Housing Policy 2012 – amendment
The Government has now announced that henceforth every home buyer will get one car parking space free with each unit they buy. It is a boon for the buyer because today, most families have at least one car, and every family needs a safe, secured place to park the car. The issue with the affordable residential projects in Gurgaon for the past so many decades has been the shortage of parking space that may not have been a prime factor for a buyer some fifty years back, but today is one of the most prominent aspects that home buyers look for. Now, all developers of affordable homes will have to create reserved parking for buyers because of the amendment. That is a big relief for modern-day buyers.

Gurgaon is a hotspot for developing residential projects.
As we all know, Gurgaon, the Millennium city of India, boasts of some of the most premium housing complexes in the northern part of the country.
