This year, you have fantastic news for people who want to invest in commercial and Residential Projects in Gurgaon. As per a Gurugram Metropolitan Development Authority (GDMA) notification, the six-lane road project will be operational towards the end of June 2021.

The new six-lane project will provide better investment opportunities and profits to property investors.

The six-lane project is connected to the Dwarka expressway and the Umang Bhardwaj Chowk. This road will offer a better link to NH8. As per the notification by GDMA, the project 60% complete, and the remaining part will get completed by June 2021.

As per this project detail, a 5.8 km stretch will be created from NH8 and Dwarka expressway. Two major flyovers, namely the Basai Chowk and the Umang Bhardwaj chowk, will also be built.

For people who face traffic congestion daily, the project also includes widening of the road from Umang Bhardwaj Chowk to Dwarka Expressway. It is one of the most significant Commercial Projects in Gurgaon. The project is developed by both GDMA and NHAI.

As per the details given to us by GDMA, the first 2km between Hero Honda Chowk and Umang Bhardwaj Chowk will be completed by NHAI, and GDMA will develop the remaining part.

The recent notification by GDMA says that the 3KM stretch between the Umang Bhardwaj chowk and Dwarka Expressway has been completed, and the remaining part of the project will be completed by the end of June 2021.

People who want to get a property near this location should know that development of the project will enhance the property's value.
The project includes the development of a flyover in an area of 820 meters over the Basai Chowk. In addition to this, FOB is also created by GDMA near the Basai lake. This FOB will make pedestrian movement easy.

The creation of FOB has already begun. Thus, pedestrians who travel from Basai Village towards sector 9 Dwarka do not have to cross the road, and they can travel with maximum convenience.
The total cost of the road development between Umang Bhardwaj Chowk and Dwarka Expressway is almost 80.75 crores. Once the project will get completed and become operational, the road will fill the gap between the new sectors.

The six-lane road project was started after CM Manohar Lal Khattar to Gurugram in April 2017. The project was finalized when he came to inspect the development project in the millennium city.
The project's work started in November 2018 after CM Manohar Lal khattar announced the revamp of the road widening in August 2017.
