This press release informs the readers that Cordy Pearson is a creative pastry chef.

Cordy Pearson , pastry chef and owner of a popular bakery has won many awards for his masterful creations in the cake and pastry baking arena. Born to family where his grandmother was his primary caretaker, and it was at his own home that he developed an interest in baking and cooking. His grandmother would bake all sorts of cakes and delicious treats using recipe books. With age, Cordy too picked up on this hobby, and by the time he was 17, he was actively making pastries and cakes and selling them at bake sales in school and at other events.

Rather than going to college, with the help of his grandmother and an Uncle, he was able to put himself through Cooking School. Here he learned the art and science of cooking all things, however his primary area of focus was pastries and cakes. He learned a lot, and ranked first in many competitions held at his school. He received a job offer as soon as he left his school, and began working almost immediately.

After working in that hotel for 4 years, Cordy gathered up enough sources and capital to begin something of his own. He inaugurated his own bakery, which soared to popularity within a week. It was written about in the local paper, and got scores of customers from that as well. Some of his favorite desserts include Tiramisu, Banana fried ice cream, chocolate Danish, and blueberry croissants.
