Common building disputes:
Payment Issues
Does it seem like you’re being overcharged? Was there a fee you weren’t expecting to pay for? Have there been sudden changes to the agreed price?
Overcharging, fees for stuff outside of your contract, and sudden price changes are common causes of building disputes dealt with by Home Owners.
Construction delay
This occurs when the project’s progress doesn’t meet its expected due. Delays affect your mapped-out timeline, in some cases, it could conflict with your other plans, and worse, delays could cost you.

A dispute arises in figuring out who had caused the delay and who should be liable for the incurred expenses. This is arguable because such a dilemma affects another’s welfare.
Construction defects
This includes defects in design, building components like plumbing problems or cracks, structural integrity, etc. Defects may also root from the use of poor or inferior quality materials by the builder. This could also mean seeing things differently from the original blueprint.
It is very important that you notice these faulty works before it’s too late.
As long as we are able to prove that you’ve obtained damages from the construction work, this can be worked out.

You should not suffer from inconsistency, you deserve better.
If in such a case wherein you feel like the work you’ve received didn’t meet your expectations by being strikingly substandard, or if you find yourself in a situation with one of the issues enumerated above, you must:
