Sending Huge Files: - You can send up to 25MB files through Gmail Normal mail attachment (Clip icon) and you can send 10 GB files through The Google Drive. The Total storage capacity of Google Drive is 25 GB; where you can upload and share PDF documents and media files through this storage drive option.
How to Activate?

1. Access to the URL drive.google.com

2. Now click On New

3. Select The Option Upload Files

4. You can now see an uploading progress bar icon in the bottom of Google Drive

5. Click On “save” button once after the file uploading is finished. You can now use the URL link to share the file to many users

Vacation Responder: Suppose you are on vacation (or) went for an Outing, probably you haven’t interested in replaying to your client’s/acquaintance mails. Here in this case our suggestion is activate Gmail vacation Responder. Set an auto-responding message in your Gmail vacation Responder, It auto-respond your mails that dropped in the primary Inbox.

An Example of Gmail vacation Responder Message “Hey I am on vacation till 6/24/2015 and I’ll respond to your mail on 25th.

One best feature of Gmail vacation responder didn’t respond multiple times to a same user’s replay message and it didn’t respond to the mails that are dropped in spam Folder.

How to activate this Feature?

1. Open Gmail Settings

2. Now Move To The General Tab

3. Scroll to the bottom and see the feature Vacation Responder

4. Now add the Start Date, End Date, subject and Message over there

5. Optionally you can check in the option “Only send a response to people in my Contacts” if you wish to send the vacation respond message to the mailers that were added in contact List
