• Then we send out the call for inviting applications for those positions using traditional media as well as social media.
• The basic screening of the applicants needs to be done once applications are received.
• This is followed by the most important step of testing/interviewing the shortlisted candidates (usually over multiple rounds) to assess their suitability and employability.
• Finally, the list of selected candidates is drawn up and the offers get rolled out, which is followed by the onboarding and training process of new recruits.
