Congruent, a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, celebrated its Annual Day on 23rd January, 2014 in Chennai, India. Congruent is an offshore software development company with head office in Seattle, WA and an offshore centre in Chennai. Like every year all the employees from Congruent had participated in the event along with their families. Employees were divided into multiple teams and participated in various competitive events and fun activities. The first three winning teams were awarded with mementos and prizes. It was complete fun and enjoyment for the employees of Congruent.

The president of the company Mr. Mani Krishnamurthy came down from HQ like every year to attend the Spectra 2014 and take part in the celebration with his employees. Mr. Asish Datta, General Manager of Congruent was also present and distributed yearly performance awards to employees. Employees who are working with Congruent for more than five years were rewarded with cash prizes by the company.
