To improve the grant recommendation experience of our valued donors, Allcroft Winthorp Charitable recently introduced several key user-friendly improvements to the secured client-donor portal. Early advisor feedback on these changes has been overwhelmingly positive, and we are pleased to be able to share them with you now.
• Monthly recurring grants. You can now recommend recurring grants to occur on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual basis, for any length of time.
• Total payments and amounts. A calculation of all recommended grant payments (and the approximate dates that they will be issued) now appears in the final step of the online recurring grant recommendation process.
• More editing capabilities. New features include editing the purpose, payment amounts, and recognition for specific grants within a given recurring grant schedule. You may also add or delete payments of a recurring grant as and when you wish.
• Active recurring grants are clearly marked. A checkmark now appears next to all charities for which advisors have active recurring grants on the My Charities page. Recurring grant checkmarks also appear under Completed Grants section, even if the schedule is no longer active.
