Bangalore, 19 October 2024 — Cohomology Labs Research Private Limited, a leading
innovator in the field of artificial intelligence and quantum technology, has been
awarded a conditional grant of INR 900 Crore (approx. USD 107 Million) under the Open
Challenge category of the Innovations for Defence Excellence (IDEAS) program, funded by
the Ministry of Defense, Government of India. The grant is in recognition of the
groundbreaking work on Heim AI Spacenet, a project that aims to create the world's first
Supraturing hypercomputing artificial brains/chips.
The Heim AI Spacenet project intends to develop a suprahuman-level space-based Artificial
Super-Intelligence (ASI) capable of managing battlespace autonomously, potentially
replacing most military commanders at both tactical and strategic levels in various theatres
of war worldwide. In addition, this ASI will serve as a quantum communication and
energy teleportation network, to be deployed on a cluster of quantum-secured time-like
constant memory-sized blockchains.
The funding from IDEX will be primarily utilized to create a fully functional prototype of an
unmanned, autonomous battlespace management system. This system, powered by the
world's first Supraturing hypercomputing technology, will be designed to operate as a
hyperconscious Dead Hand system. In the event of a first strike that takes out a significant
portion of India's military and political leadership, the Dead Hand system can launch
thermonuclear counterstrikes, ensuring the country's security and deterrence capabilities
remain intact.
Cohomology Labs Research Pvt Ltd expresses its gratitude to the Government of India for
recognizing the transformative potential of Heim AI Spacenet. The company is committed to
pushing the boundaries of innovation and delivering groundbreaking technologies that
contribute to India's defense capabilities, national security, and technological
advancement.
