  Solution: Enterprises must improve the quality of mold repair. Aluminum shell molds must be regularly nitrided and strictly execute the nitriding process. Strictly control the quality of the chemical composition of the ingot; improve the quality of mold repair, improve the precision of mold manufacturing and regular nitriding of the mold, and strictly implement the nitriding process parameters.
Second, bumping during stamping and CNC machining: improper operation, the aluminum alloy shell meets the mold fixture, machine tool equipment, etc. when taking parts; the processed aluminum alloy shell is not stacked with the fashion plate; the improper operation, aluminum The alloy casing is dropped.
  Solution: Place the profiles in the material frame reasonably and try to avoid mutual friction. In the production process of the aluminum shell, it is necessary to handle it gently to avoid scratches caused by human factors.
3. Scratches and scratches during the flow of various processes: improper stacking and collapse; aluminum alloy shell is vigorously handled; there are debris in the packaging material of the aluminum alloy shell. During the transfer process, the debris and the product rubbing cause scratches .
  Solution: Use soft felt and plastic strips to separate the profile and the auxiliary equipment from the aluminum alloy shell, reduce the friction between them and cause damage. Clean the working belts such as discharge rail and swing bed in time to avoid debris affecting the quality of aluminum shell production and processing.
   4. Improper anodizing operation: caused by anodizing when hitting upside down when hanging up and down; caused by touching an oxidation tank when going in and out of the tank; the product falls out of the tank.
  Solution: The aluminum alloy shell is coated with a protective "coat" after anodizing. Because the chemical performance of the anodized film in the natural environment is very stable, it can provide corrosion protection for the aluminum alloy shell. Reasonably grasping the high hardness of the anodized film will make the aluminum alloy shell with low roughness and smooth surface, which greatly improves the wear resistance of the aluminum shell. If various organic and inorganic dyes are added during the anodizing process, The anodized film has colors, which gives the aluminum casing a beautiful appearance.
