CloudCherry Releasing Advanced Text Analytics to its Customer Experience Management Platform

Customer experience management platform CloudCherry is soon to launch Advanced Text Analytics to interpret the sentiment behind consumer comments.

 
Text Analytics is a great complement to structured feedback in order to get a more rounded understanding of consumer experiences. With the launch of CloudCherry's text analytics tool, unstructured comments can be integrated with the overall feedback. The long term vision is to create a platform where all forms of consumer responses - be it structured choices, open ended comments and even images and video can be analyzed cohesively to gather a 360 degree perspective of consumer experiences.
