Ojai, California – (January 20, 2017) -- Wrongful Conviction or Miscarriage of Justice has a long and dark history in this country. Victims of this Travesty of Justice are mainly the poor, voiceless and defenseless people, who become puns of political ambitions and judicial debauchery.

If you think wrongful execution is a rare occurrence, think again. According to Death Penalty Information Center at least 39 human beings were executed in cold blood, in the United States: despite the existence of exculpating evidence, which could have proved their innocence.

Thousands of other human beings are convicted or forced to plea guilty, because of the prosecutors’ threat of long sentences; public castigation and costly trials, for crimes they never committed.

All of these atrocities occur under the watchful eves of the constitutional mandates such as Due Process of Law and Presumption of innocence, which in everyday language mean: a person accused of a crime is presumed innocent until the prosecutor has proven all elements of the charged crime, beyond a reasonable doubt.
