C Horton Investment have already successfully completed its First and Second Phases which involved refocusing the business, and the second phase which focused on growth and achieving a 21% pre-tax return on average active equity, was completed at the end of 2019.

C Horton Investment’s Third Phase projected a pre-tax profit of US$6.8 million by the end of this year despite a slow March, April and May due to the COVID-19 outbreak.
