It is a free program that allows you to earn points for your purchases. You can apply for your Tap house Loyalty Card in two ways, either physically or online. Whenever you visit any of the Tap house Hotel Group vanues, ask a staff member for your card. After completing the required formalities, the attendant will hand you your new membership card. Otherwise, you can get membership card by completing a form online. Once completed, we will mail your membership card to you. In addition, as a valued Tap house Group Member, we will send you a periodic news letter that includes the latest information about forthcoming events at your local venue, as well asspecials from the Tap house Cellars Online.

The value of each transaction will determine the number of points you get. You can earn one point for each dollar in purchases. That means one dollar for one point, a simple equation. You have to show your Tap house Loyalty Card to the restaurant, bottle shop, or bar staff in order to get points. During the purchase, your card will be swiped in order to add points from your transaction. You can redeem your points at any of our restaurants, bottle shops, or bars after reaching a certain number of points. You can check how many points you have, either by email [email protected] or by telephone at(07) 5536 3066 to speak to the Accounts Department. In case you lose your card, please call the Tap house Group on (07) 5536 3066 so that we can replace your card.

There are a few things you need to know about the points:
• You cannot redeem loyalty points on the same day of a purchase.
• You can use the points at any price level.
• There is no restrictions on the minimum point threshold.
• You have to redeem the points within a year of accrual, otherwise they will be forfeited.
• You cannot transfer your points to others.
• The points cannot be redeemed for cash.
