Checking for Plagiarism is a Good Idea

I'm not going to beat around the bush with this, but the simplest way to check for Plagiarism before posting. I have some articles stashed away that were written and sold many times over (I was a sucker to have purchased them in the first place thinking I could rewrite them). Below is an example of that and I'm using the exact Subject Title. site web https://plagiarismchecker.eu/

1. Go to Google and search using EXACT matching by using quotations marks. (example. "8 Tips For Creating A Social Presence In Affiliate Marketing")
2. This search came up with a many results matching the exact article from that mass sale of articles. People actually posted the article verbatim.
3. Those will kill your Search Engine quality scores. STAY AWAY FROM DUPLICATE CONTENT.

4. If you want to use the article then read it, put it away (don't look at it), and write your own.

5. Don't get lazy with this. I know it's easy, I know you're tired, but you need to keep your content unique

Make sure the content that you post is unique and one good way to do that is using Google directly. It doesn't cost a dime to do that.

Plagiarism Checker Websites and Software

I have found them to be very fickle. I do not know what the search function they use, but I tried about half-dozen of them. I discovered them to be very ineffective compared to me just searching Google for the exact match in a phrase

If you are writing your content yourself, then you probably don't have to worry about it. But if you had a ghost writer create any articles for you, then you need to check them.

Copyscape Copysentry Looks to Be a Pretty Good

I do not use this service yet, but it looks very promising to me and has some excellent reviews by people in the blogging and publishing industry. For $4.95 per month they find copies of your pages on your site by monitoring and emailing you when they find a hit. This is done on a weekly basis.

Copysentry is pretty cool that

1. Scans weekly (Daily Scan is $19.95 a month and is the Professional version)
2. Sends an email alert
3. Scans for copy that looks like yours even though it has been changed
4. Archives the results for future use

5. Configure it to only search for a certain set of words and sites that can be omitted.

I don't have any first-hand knowledge about it yet. But being a realist, I know that one of these days when my site gets bigger, there will be some scraped content without giving a respectful cite or link.

It's an OKAY value to protect your content that you worked so hard to create.

This free version is where you post your URL from the page of your website. This is okay if you have only a few pages, but once you have 20+ pages, it would seem to be a chore doing it manually.

So you can also do a search in Google to find other plagiarism checkers, but you will find they do not find as much as you think they will. Google Search does a better job.

Don't pay for anything unless you have the bucks.
