Real Estate Professionals don’t miss the chance to attend such an important event. There is the meet of Real Estate professionals on 30th April in Atlanta. Commercial real estate professionals will gather at Downtown Atlanta’s Georgia Aquarium.

Atlanta is a popular destination for major corporate relocations due to its logistical efficiencies, economic diversity, business-friendly tax structure and low cost of living. An added bonus is its proximity to the nation’s fourth busiest port - Port of Savannah. No wonder that commercial real estate flourishes in the region, and features robust absorption and development prospects. It’s interesting to note that for the first time in almost 14 years, the city’s industrial vacancy has dropped below 10%.

On April 30, more than 250 commercial real estate professionals will convene at Downtown Atlanta’s Georgia Aquarium, thanks to the invitation of RealShare ATLANTA. The event will feature industrial leaders discussing and talking about why the commercial real estate is booming in Atlanta and what successes one can expect in 2015.

Realtors or real estate companies offering Atlanta new Homes for sale or helping their clients find townhouses for sale in Atlanta can get a lot of insights about the industry by attending this event that costs $199 for a ticket. One can get onsite registration done on 30th April between 7.30 AM and 8.05 AM by paying via Visa, American Express and MasterCard. Those wishing to pay by checks need to do it before the event so that the organizers receive it before the event starts.

With opportunities to hear the views of some of the stalwarts and network with leading members of the industry, RealShare ATLANTA is surely going to be a win-win. Be it the Managing Director of Multi Housing Advisors - Tyler Averitt, talking about the development efforts in greater Atlanta to meet growing demands and ways to maneuver the prospective problems/roadblocks, or Brian Bailey – the senior Financial Policy Analyst at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, discussing the biggest opportunities in 2015 and how economic developers can plan to fuel continued investment in Atlanta’s real estate market, the participants will get all these and more to listen and think about.

2014 represented the best year since the late 1990s for Atlanta’s industrial real estate as more than 17 million square feet were put to use. Apart from encouraging commercial real estate figures, multifamily demand too is expected to rise as the region boasts of hosting the nation’s fourth-youngest population. With corporate relocations by big names like Mercedes-Benz, many are asking if the region will draw more northeastern headquarters, thereby fueling growth.

RealShare ATLANTA aims to celebrate Atlanta’s real estate successes, discuss challenges and opportunities across all property types, and help the participants have a clear idea about the impending expectations and projections.
