“I credit my career success to my father, Pat Catanzarite, who was a pioneer in the crafts industry when he opened hisfirst small artificial flower store in 1954,” said Catan. “He eventually grew that into Pat Catan’s Craft Centers, one ofthe country’s largest importers, manufacturers and wholesalers of crafts and craft­related products. His courage anddetermination showed me that I could open my own business and be successful.

”While Catan owns and operates Catan Fashions independently, Pat Catan’s Craft Centers were sold to Michaels inFebruary 2016. Although Michaels has announced that several of the Craft Centers will be closing in the near future,Catan Fashions is not affiliated with that business and continues to provide brides with an exceptional experience at itsBroadview Heights location, under the watchful eye and direction of Catan.
