Born and brought up in a musically inclined family, Jessica Kahal always had the support of her parents when she decided to pursue a career in music. By the time she was in high school, she had already dedicated years to exploring the technique of the instrument.

Being the member of her high school Orchestra, Jessica got the opportunity to perform with them in their winter concert at Armstrong Theater. The orchestra program consisted of the Chamber Orchestra and the Symphonic Orchestra. Pertaining to the highlights of the program, it included the Theme from Forrest Gump, Schumann’s Symphony No. 1, Movement IV, and the Mozart, Flute Concerto in D Major, Movement I.

Jessica Kahal got a chance to tour with her school’s choir called Varsity Voices to Washington DC, New York City, and Philadelphia. She was in the Woman’s Jazz Chorus, called “Here Comes Treble,” and performed at the Kennedy Center as part of a special invitation.

Jessica has performed all across the globe in a variety of genres from jazz, pop, chamber, orchestral, to classical solo, and more. Her curiosity has led her to make her own arrangements of major works as well. Jessica has been invited to perform at several special occasions, thanks to her captivating performance style.
