During his 20+ year career in manufacturing and operations, he has demonstrated success streamlining business operations of many big companies, like - Lever Brothers Company; Colgate-Palmolive, Hills Pet Nutrition, Inc.; Kraft Foods, Maxwell House Coffee Company; Kellogg’s Snacks Division in Rome, GA, and Dannon Company.

Terry Shamblin’s major success came with The Kroger Company, Cincinnati, OH. He joined as the Division Operations Manager for the Grocery Products Group in 2005, but was later promoted as the General Manager for State Avenue Manufacturing. His major achievement in the company was that he reduced labor and product cost by $10M through his excellent procurement and lean principles. Later, he also garnered huge appreciation for growing Meijer Manufacturing in a 5 year period from $30M to over $250M, and successfully leading Rocky Mountain Foods’ executive team directing strategic planning and cost focus in multiple operations.
