The former Vice President of Operations at Rocky Mountain Foods, Terrence Shamblin has made an invaluable contribution in the company’s growth. Terrence Shamblin’s major achievements as the Vice President of Operations include:

- Developing and managing new and existing business that produced 24% growth within the first eight months. This included leading a new technology start-up food processing business.

- Implementing a new budget system and COGS process to help improve profitability of the company.

Prior to this, Terrence was the Director of Operations at Dean Foods, Inc., Denver, CO. Here, he was responsible for the strategic planning and leadership of 12 Dean’s Food (dairy) plants for the west coast manufacturing operations region with full P&L responsibility.

Terrence has also served in a variety of leadership positions as an Armor Officer.
