How to Replace a Wii Case when you got a new pretty case? here BLMALL will give you suggestions as below:

Instructions

1.Turn the Wii upside down and remove the battery tray using the Phillips head screwdriver.
2.Remove the four Phillips head screws on the bottom of the console, and the single Tri-Wing screw above the battery clip compartment. The screws have plastic covers over the top, which can be easily removed using a knife or fingernail.
3.Turn the Wii on its side so the front of the console is on the left, and the diagonally-shaped corner of the case is in the upper right. Remove the four screws under the small plastic tabs. There is one screw in each corner of the casing.
4.Lift the drive plate off the front of the Wii carefully. Disconnect the two wires attached to the drive plate by carefully pulling the connector off the motherboard.
5.Open the two lids on top of the Wii that cover the GameCube connector sockets and the memory card slots. Unclip the covers at their hinges and remove them from the casing. Remove the Tri-Wing screws so the connector socket cover can be removed.
6.Remove the four Phillips head screws underneath the connector socket cover. The two sides of the Wii case can now be removed from the console’s contents.
7.Reverse the steps to attach the replacement case to the Wii console.
