In the study, 8 healthy males were tested before and when boron supplementation. Test subjects attended the laboratory on 3 separate occasions. On the primary day, subjects had blood collected and tested. On the second day, subjects received and ingested ten mgs of boron with blood being collected and tested. All subjects were requested to ingest 10 mgs of boron each day and on the 7th day, subjects were tested via blood check.Both of those studies have been completed on actual human test subjects in an exceedingly controlled setting. According to his interactions with Reza Naghii, PhD, one of the researchers in the primary study, boron will indeed raise serum testosterone levels.Please keep in mind that this wasn't a controlled experiment and the results might or could not have been from boron.
