But there are things that you can do to make your adjustment easier. Before you know it, using your CPAP machine is like second nature. Here are those things that you can try:

1. Use the best CPAP machine that feels comfortable to you.

We all have different levels of tolerance and comfort. What might feel comfortable for you might not be the same way for other people. This is why when buying the best CPAP machine, you should listen to yourself and find out what is most comfortable for you.

Give the CPAP machines a try. You can try the masks available and find out which one fits your facial shape the most. It’s also important to check the seal. It might becomfortable to use but if it leaks, it still won’t serve you well.

2. Try nasal pillows.

Many people have had much success in using nasal pillows because the mask is smaller. It just sits below your nostrils, so it doesn’t cover half of your face.
