Canadian Land Access Systems’ (CLAS) innovative platform is transforming the way landowners and guests interact and collaborate. With a commitment to empowering landowners through customizable rules, approval settings, and advanced geofence technology that can track when guests enter and exit, CLAS is revolutionizing how private, public, and First Nation lands are accessed across Canada.
Users can access a comprehensive suite of features. Landowners can manage who accesses their land, when, and for what purpose without the burden of phone calls or door to door inquiries. CLAS can also be set up for automatic approval up to a chosen amount of guests each day. Landowners are able to create specific rules for their properties. For example, users can choose whether or not they will allow ATV use, hunting, camping, and more on their property.
CLAS has an in-app liability waiver that guests and landowners sign when they create an account, meaning landowners do not have to worry about being liable if someone is injured on their property. Landowners also have the option to add a geofence around their property so that they receive notifications when guests enter and exit their property as long as their CLAS app is open. This feature is especially useful when it comes to service providers. Landowners can see when a service provider has entered their land, and can be used as a safety tool if landowners notice that the provider has not left their land and may have become injured or lost.
Landowners and merchants can also sell their produce, meat, or crafts through the CLAS marketplace. This is a quick and simple way for landowners and merchants to get their products to their customers online.
CLAS.APP is available for download on both iOS, Android devices, and on the web. Users can start allowing guests to access their land with confidence knowing that CLAS has them covered.
