Bruce Healy will oversee Brock Holdings’ Corporate Advisory team based in Hong Kong, which provides international advisory services to public companies and private businesses, particularly for cross-border transactions.

Bruce Healy’s role will be to support and provide private services for mergers and acquisitions to International and Institutional clients in the agriculture, natural resources and infrastructure and commodities sectors.

Prior to joining Brock Holdings, Bruce Healy was with ANZ Bank at its Hong Kong regional office. Before that, Bruce was Director of International Advisory at Commonwealth Bank and before that, Mr. Healy worked in corporate finance at Australian institution Suncorp-Metway Bank.

Brock Holdings’ Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Edwin Chu commented on Mr. Healy’s appointment saying “Bruce is very experienced and well qualified to drive the development of our capabilities for Australian companies looking to expand overseas, as well as inbound companies looking to invest, particularly in the in South East Asia trade corridor.”
