Jaipur, 30 August 2019: A record 429 (single offers) students of Manipal University Jaipur (MUJ) have been placed within the first week slot in the ongoing campus placements in various global Product Based, R&D, Software Development, IT, Data Analytics and other core companies. 290 students have been placed so far in Fortune Global 500 companies such as Microsoft, Dell, Accenture, etc.

Nine students got placement offers from Microsoft. One of these students got the highest package offer of Rs. 42 Lakh Per Annum (LPA) which can possibly be the record offer both for the University and for the region. Other students selected by Microsoft have received the salary package of Rs. 12 Lakh Per Annum (LPA).

Around 33 students were placed in Dell, another globally renowned company in the computers world. Dell has offered annual package of Rs. 8 LPA. ZS Associates; a global leader in Data Analytics, consulting and outsourcing, offered placements to 5 students with an annual package of over Rs. 9 LPA. Similarly, Philips Innovation placed 5 students with an annual package of over Rs. 8 LPA. Hewlett Packard Enterprise, another well-known name in Research & Development and security, offered job placement to 1 student with an annual package of over Rs. 8.8 LPA.

On the very first day of the campus placements, Accenture, the multinational strategy, digital, technology and operations company, offered job placements to 241 students across all its branches. Students were offered diversified roles and packages of Rs. 4.5 / 6.5 LPA. Also, as many as 131 students have received internships and job offers in the French multinational, consulting and technology giant; Capgemini.

Placement drive in the University campus at the beginning of the academic session has motivated the students with positive energy and enthusiasm. Training and Placement team of Manipal University Jaipur is hopeful to get most of the students placed within next few months.
