Amber Allen, a fully licensed stylist with over two decades of experience, founded Behind My Chair Salon Studio with a mission to empower her clients and fellow stylists. “My heart and soul went into this new location. It’s not just about running my business; it’s about creating a space where stylists can grow together and support one another,” said Amber. Known for her high standards and commitment to professionalism, Amber’s salon stands out in the industry for being on-time, positive, and committed to value over price—ensuring a high-quality experience for every client.

Amber’s story is deeply personal, inspired by her mother and her upbringing in a family of seven siblings, where helping others with their hair was a natural part of life. Since becoming licensed in 2002, she’s spent over a decade honing her craft and perfecting her services in braids, weaves, color, and locks.
