BlueSky Behavioral Health treatment centres for peoples with mental health disorders has expanded its services to the Connecticut area with the In Residence Clinical Treatment Facility in Connecticut providing a full spectrum of care for the area's teens and families.

Current data indicates that the COVID-19 pandemic has exacerbated an already-existing mental health crisis, with anxiety, depression, and suicidal ideation on the rise, making effective, accessible treatment more important than ever. A Mental Health America (MHA) report showed that more than 10 per cent of Connecticut teens had a major depressive episode during the past year.

BlueSky's dedicated mental health treatment staff are experts in their fields and practice a variety of disciplines, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Neurofeedback Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Exposure Response Therapy. This means that people are receiving the very best, state-of-the-art care known within the mental health services space.

Their mental health continuum of care fits individual needs as they progress through their program. This personalized care includes therapy post-hospitalization or after a residential stay while living in our Enhanced Treatment Program, group and individual mental health therapy two to five days a week in a Partial Hospitalization (PHP) or Intensive Outpatient (IOP) setting and weekly outpatient meetings.
