The Egyptian Goddess Isis: A tattoo in memory of her grandmother

Rihanna got a new, large tattos as a tribute to her late grandmother in Sep. 2012. She posted to the Twitter and said:

“Goddess Isis- Complete Woman-Model for future generations #GRANGRANDOLLY -always in and on my heart.”

She tweeted with a picture of her new tattoo. It was the Egyptian goddess Isis Known as the goddess of the moon, she protected women and children and healed the sick. The tattoo of the ancient Egyptian goddess Isis looked like a throne from afar. Riri thought it a symbol of her granny, always giving her power and love.

A falcon and a handgun

In Jan. 2012,Riri shared her new tattoo in a photoshoot--a bust of the ancient Egyptian Queen Nefertiti. She is one of the most beautiful, mysterious and powerful women in ancient Egypt. She encouraged women to get out of the oppression of their husbands or male superiors. She is the symbol of women’s power!
