Origen Cacao located in Medellin, Colombia offers quality chocolates in their factory. We also offer cacao tour in Medellin led by one of their founders Samuel. The factory was founded in 2015 which is said to be the only company which produces bean to bar chocolates. The reason behind the success of our products is we use only pure Colombian ingredients. We help in improving the lives of people who work with us by directly trading with farmers. To maintain the freshness we handcraft the products in small batches.

To get to know more about our chocolate factory, we arrange weekly tours which is said to be an approximation of five and half hours. Any age people who are interested in chocolates can avail our trip. Initially you will get to know about trees and pods and then you will have a great time in tasting the sweet pulp in the bean and also the different stages of the bean. During the tour we offer you ceremonial cacao drink one of our best products. Participants can also prepare chocolates customizing their flavor which can be from chili peppers to mint. You can get to know about the history of chocolates and the story behind each region.

As soon as you complete exploring our factory, it is not everything you deserve. The sceneries in the area are awesome and you will be happy to miss the outside world for some time. We provide lunch for the participants and you can enjoy swimming in the crystal clear river. You can visit our plant nursery where you will also get a chance to have a look at ducks, geese, fancy chickens and natural wildlife. Our farm is lucky to have iguanas, toucans and a variety of birds.
