With this new line pump, ALSO Pumping stands ready to continue to perform a premium service, with even more flexibility in its service offering.

As we enter the summer months here in Sydney, the construction boom that has defined much of the last few years continues in full swing. The sound of construction rings from many a suburb, and amongst the appearance of chaos on these sites, the same grey pad of concrete lies, a steady and strong surface awaiting its myriad of uses.

Pouring concrete has been the business of the experts at ALSO Pumping for a number of years now, and they have carved out a niche with their attention to detail and their ability to operate on short notice for needy contractors. But, unsatisfied with resting on their laurels, they have lately added some new capacity to their team, in the form of a brand new line pump.

Two types of concrete pumps dominate the marketplace here in Australia, and around the world. The typical pumps used in Sydney are boom pumps, the norm for larger-capacity jobs. They bring a higher pressure, and are capable of performing larger jobs, requiring larger amounts of concrete, such as concrete pads for larger buildings.

They are complemented by line pumps. Smaller, and more mobile, line pumps fill the need for a concrete pump that can service smaller jobs, in more confined spaces. They ensure that you aren’t calling out an entire truck for a smaller gig where that capacity is unnecessary, ensuring greater cost-effectiveness. And they are considerably easier for a crew to handle, requiring less labour.

With this new line pump, ALSO Pumping stands ready to continue to perform a premium service, with even more flexibility in its service offering.
