An entryway has been announced by Vietnam’s Ministry of Justice. The objective is to initiate a panel discussion among stakeholders regarding the future of Vietnam’s Industry 4.0 laws and policies.

Here are the four highlights of the presentation:

• Identify the impact of the Fourth Industrial Revolution on Vietnam’s law and policy.
• Assess the demands for improving the legal system driven by the Fourth Industrial Revolution, and possible measures to develop and improve the legal system accordingly.
• Raise awareness on the importance of collaboration between government, corporations, and individuals in improving law and policy in response to the Fourth Industrial Revolution, and to help create a foundation for communication between all stakeholders.
• Reform and complete the legal framework in ways that maximize the benefits and opportunities offered by the Fourth Industrial Revolution, as well as forecast and control the adverse impacts that it might bring about.

Moreover, the 4th Industrial Revolution aims to build, hone, and complete the Vietnamese legal system. As per the statement of Vice Minister Phan Chi Hieu, legal issues will be talked about. Also, research results regarding the contents of the expected papers will be presented through the portal.

Also, experts, scientists, and ministries are open to provide comments. Enterprises on fresh technology models are highly welcome. Main topic groups are expected to be tackled during the conference.
